I’m Douglas Chamberlain — architect, systems thinker, and the mind behind GoatShed.Digital.
With over two decades in the industry, I don’t just build software — I design the systems, processes, and playbooks that make great software inevitable.

My work spans healthcare, finance, government, and enterprise IT, but the common thread has always been measurable impact. I’ve led DevOps transformations, rewritten deployment pipelines, architected cloud-native platforms, and introduced feedback loops that changed the way entire organizations operate.

I pioneered the use of Red-Green-Refactor as a universal problem-solving method — first through testing code, then through testing process, and now through testing the system itself. Whether mocking up UIs in Excel for faster team feedback or designing infrastructure that explains itself, my approach ensures clarity, alignment, and results.
